Recognizing that the economic and environmental context of clean energy integration may vary greatly from project to project, MADA considers all of the viable energy storage technologies that can be financially backed and integrated into commercial projects, each of which have different financial and performance characteristics. In determining the best solution, we first work to understand the specific economic context and how different energy services are valued in that market; only then do we begin to identify the ideal energy storage solution that will deliver renewable energy reliably to the grid when it is most valuable, rather than when it is generated. As a result, power providers will increasingly favor MADA’s integrated solution to add new capacity over both traditional generation, which is expensive, polluting, and logistically challenging and standalone utility-scale renewable energy which is clean and quick to install, but fluctuating and uncontrollable.
